By purchasing a Hamper, you agree to the below Terms.

1.1 Hampers are subject to availability and may vary slightly from images and descriptions provided in promotional materials.

1.2 Certain items within the Hampers may be substituted with equivalent products of equal or greater value if necessary.

1.3 All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

1.4 Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfer or cash.

1.5 Pick-up dates will be confirmed upon order placement. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes) will be communicated promptly.

1.6 Hampers are to be collected from Caviar & Bull St. Julian’s during business hours.

1.7 Due to the perishable nature of certain items, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the products are damaged or faulty upon delivery.

1.8 Any claims for damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Please provide photographic evidence. Refunds for valid claims will be processed within 7 working days.

1.9 Customers are responsible for reviewing the contents of the Hampers and ensuring suitability for their dietary requirements.

1.10 We are not liable for adverse reactions caused by allergens present in the Hampers.

1.11 Personal information provided during the purchase process will be used solely for order fulfillment and communication purposes in line with our Privacy Policy.

1.12 We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the misuse of products contained within the Hampers.

1.13 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
